A &E were very full with long waiting service. Also there was a deaf gentlemen who could not hear them shouting his name. I had to help. The service on the ward has been excellent.
Suggested improvements
Needs to be funded better to meet needs in a timely manner . Perhaps name screen in A&E n other areas as at moment discriminates against deaf folks. The staff are brilliant

I was seen by a nurse quickly (20m), and a doctor withing reasonable length (2h).
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Bald guy.
Doctor very clear and willing to explain.
Suggested improvements
Water fountain in waiting area had no cups, when I really wanted a drink of water.
